• $1,250 base rental fee

Private Movie Rental

• $400 base rental fee

• 4-hour occupancy

• Concessions/bar can be made available

Public Movie Rental

• $500 base rental fee + cost of movie rights

Great for meetings, book clubs, and more!

• $25/hr during business hours (10am-5pm)

• Outside of business hours:

  • Nonprofit orgs $30/hr

  • For-profit orgs $50/hr

• Multipurpose room: presentations via HDMI available

• Lobby: concessions/bar can be made available

Paramount Stage - Rehearsal space only

• $25/hr during business hours (10am-5pm)

• $50/hr outside of business hours

• Includes basic house lights and stage wash (no lighting operator during rehearsal)

• Marley floor +$100 fee

Paramount Theatre Occupancy: 523 seats

Paramount Lobby Occupancy: 290

Multipurpose Room Occupancy: Up to 20

Stage Occupancy: 40-50 depending on use of space
