The ArtWorks Center

Standard Rental

  • $60/hr (+ $2/ticket, if applicable)
  • Technical support: $25/hr 
  • $75 set-up/clean-up fee

Nonprofit Rental

  • $30/hr (+ $2/ticket, if applicable)
  • Technical support: $25/hr 
  • $75 set-up/clean-up fee

Member Rental

  • AACA members receive a $45/hr rate for all rentals
  • Technical support: $25/hr
  • $75 set-up/clean-up fee

Book the Lounge

Ideal for book clubs, small meetings, and cozy get-togethers.

  • $25/hr during business hours
  • $50/hr outside of business hours

Please note that a 10% catering fee is applied to events that include food/beverage.

The Paramount Theatre

Standard Rental

  • Performance or wedding: $1200 + $2/ticket, if applicable
  • Movie: $700 + $2/ticket
  • Meeting: Minimum 2hr. rental is $350, + $100 for each additional hour.
  • Technical support for all events: $25/hr

Nonprofit Rental

  • Performance: $600 per performance (includes staff member and custodial fee), $50 per hour rehearsal and/or set building, + $2/ticket
  • Movie: $350 + $2/ticket
  • Meeting: Minimum 2hr. rental is $350, + $100 for each additional hour.
  • Technical support for all events: $25/hr
