Paramount Theatre Ticket Refund Policy

There are no refunds for ticket purchases to Historic Paramount Theatre ticketed events. By completing this purchase, you acknowledge Austin Area Arts’ policy on ticket refunds.

In the event that a performance is cancelled by Austin Area Arts, patrons will receive an account credit in the amount of the original ticket purchase for the cancelled event minus any service and facility fees applied to the original transaction. All service and facility fees are nonrefundable due to actual costs already incurred by Austin Area Arts that these fees cover.

In the event that a performance is cancelled by a third party presenter (rental), patrons will receive a refund to the original payment method in the amount of the original ticket purchase for the cancelled event minus any service and facility fees applied to the original transaction. All service and facility fees are nonrefundable due to actual costs already incurred by Austin Area Arts that these fees cover.

In the event that the performance shall be prevented by Act of God, physical disability, the acts or regulations of public authorities or labor unions, labor difficulties, strike, civil tumult, war, epidemic, unforeseeable interruption or delay of transportation service or any other cause beyond their or its reasonable control that makes the performance inadvisable, impracticable, illegal, or impossible, Austin Area Arts is not obligated to issue refunds to ticket purchasers.
